Mellisai Mannar's Blessings always lifts one to great heights. The latest e.g. is Shruthi Hassan, the new entrant in TFM composing. And she has showed ample evidence to be a promising creative artist cum composer. Here we are discussing the song "Allah Jaane" from the film Unnai Pol Oruvan. The song is sung by Kamal Hassan, lyrics by Manushya Puthiran and music by Shruthi Hassan. This song might remind you of many earlier ones like Poyyindri meyyodu nei kondu ponal, kala magal kann thirappal chinnaiah, and such other numbers in the same raga. However, the output here is really worth and a soul stirring number. Kamal Hassan has done justice (though I feel a professional singer should have been used for this song).
