Dear Balaji,
You have added another feather to your cap from your 600+ to our forum. May be due to preoccupation, of late you are responding more than what you initiate as postings. With more people coming in it would be nice if senior members like you throw open topics, new ones would be too enthused to similar efforts.
Hearty congrats on your unobtrusive 600. Nice, go ahead.
Warm regards K.Raman Madurai _________________ Prof. K. Raman

Thank you all. Not a single day passes in life without singing some song of the Master who has given so much to his fans !
Dear Prof, I totally agree with you. Actually I spent considerable time for writing Kappal Ottiya Thamizan. However, for me to write about one song of MSV-TKR , I have to take lot of time to fully understand the nuances and speciality and thats why oflate I am not able to write more consistently but will definitely do my best as we all have to express our gratitude to the Masters through this way I sincerely feel.
For example, in my intial assessment, it seems MSV had composed plenty of tunes based on ragam Sankarabaranam-Mohanam-Kalyani base with all the notes and that could be one reason for such a splendid dose of melodies that he could deliver stunningly continuously. This aspect, I will be taking up shortly to discover more of his mysteries !
Tks. |
