Dear all
Probably to day when you opened the web site ,you could have seen a change .
Yes our web site has to be re modeled ,re organised , and the father of this web site Mr .Ram has graciously accepted for the same ,and as decided at the meeting of active members ,a group headed by Mr. Ragasuda has been entrusted with this task.
Today a front page has been re done on an experimental basis
we request the esteemed members to come with your comments suggestions
Not only on the front page now you can see,but also what you expect on other pages and what you want us to avoid .
Your comments and suggestions would do immense help to ragasuda&his team
ON BEHALF OF MSV TIMES.COM.I TAKE THE LIBERTY TO WISH RAGASUDA &HIS TEAM FOR THEIR EFFORTS AND WISH THEM ALL THE BEST IN THIS TASK OF RE CONSTRUCTION , WHICH IS NOT A SMALL EASY TASK AS IT LOOKS

Dear Organizers and Other Friends,
The present opening page is refreshing to have a glimpse since MSV appears in his current form. With other essential modifications in place, I trust greater activity would restore itself. My sincere thanks to all who are presently on a "re-do" mission. Congratulations and Best Wishes.

|
|
Hi Ragasudha,
Finally a decision to revamp the site has been taken. In 2008, I had done a brilliant design work involving copious hours of hard work and with some great inputs for all the pages of the site (Ramki knows the work that had gone into) in order to have the site completely changed but, as ill luck would have it, the company which was entrsuted with the work (ironically, they are software exporters to the US and as on date I still have no clue as to how they didn't have a back-up of the data that I created, and above all we let them go scott free for services not rendered!!!)... This was a lesson learnt...
Please ensure there are no errors in the language (we can accept such errors from members who may not be fluent in writing skills - which is perfectly fine) used as we are the custodians of the site.
I would also suggest inclusion of a few more instrumental images background for the first page as just MSV with the harmonium looks a little empty. Members can also suggest means to have a beautiful looking intro page as all of us are trying to decorate this site to the best of our ability.... Hope my suggestions will be considered in the right spirit.

Hi Ragasudha,
Regret for the error from my side. As I read the page in a hurry, felt there was an error in the word"sumitted". As I read through it now, understood my error of judgement. Regret for the same... The usage in that context is absolutely right.

dear ragasudha
your untiring efforts to revamp the site is much appreciated.
Kudos to your idea of highlighting the Founders -which is a must, as the site is going into another platform It helps to know about the people who are cause to the birth of the site , where are very proud to be part of .
Also it would be nice idea to have details of major contributors .
one issue i see -it looks like the no of posts seems to be incorrectly counted . seems to be some problem , i just noticed i have many 498 , 499 against my name .pls check if possible 'thanks and regds _________________ vijayakrishnan |

Dear Mr. Ragasudha,
Congratulations on your great work in adding valuable content to the site.
My suggestion will be that the home page be kept as it was earlier with the prelude of naaLaam naaLaam thirunaaLaam and the content be moved to other pages. _________________ P Rengaswami (9381409380)

Dear Shri. Ragasudha,
You have amazing energy levels to bring out sensible changes making the place vibrant. At the top of the Home page of the site , a mini window seeks to know from the visitor ,if [s]he would translate the item from Tamil to English.
I would like to understand if this option is official, provided by MSVTimes.com or is it a call from the 'service provider'. If the translation call is official, would the 2 versions appear side by side or one of them would get shifted to some other place?
If it is official, please furnish information on translation call as to
a] if any member can do it
b] is it optional as a personal freedom to translate some piece with no condition to translate everything on the home page?
c] if more persons translate, can all versions be accommodated?
Please do not mistake that I am raising questions of hypothetical premise.
Your guidance may help our members on the governing policy on the matter.
Thank you for the opportunity.
Warm regards K.Raman Madurai. _________________ Prof. K. Raman
