Pulamaippithan, a Tamil teacher in the Corporation High School in Lloyds Road, came to limelight through Aayiram Nilavae Vaa. He did not look back thereafter. His class stood tall and is unreachable till now. Each and every song of his, is a literary piece. This song will have the language Tamil in its peak, giving various meanings to same words at different contexts. L.R. Easwari and Saibaba have done full justice. The other famous song is the Nawabukkoru kaelvi, nalla jawab sollayya.

The film was a commercially successful film. But however, this song did not see the limelight. Had it been publised as a dvotional track, it would have overtook Pullaanguzhal kodutha. Full devotional flavour from MSV-Kannadaasan team.
