Dear Mr Sankar,

Good numbers that you have come out with. Talking of "Petra Maganai Vitra Annai", another outstanding number is "Unnai Paartha Kannirandum Ennai Parthu.....". In this song, the repeat of the line "unmaiyana anbu vandhu...." is simply amazingly composed.

Small corrections: The Malai Itta Mangai song is "Naan Anri Yaar Varuvar". Adai Katti Vandha Nilavo is by TRM & PS and not CSJ-PS.

Mr Raghavendran, once again hats off to you for your wonderful contribution.

Aalukkoru Veedu has eight songs and we have come across (i) anbu manam kaninda pinne, (ii) seyyum thozile dheivam, (iii) Pennille nee pennille by A.L.Raghavan and famous singer of those times, K. Raani. There is two more female duets besides seyyum thozile dheivam. One is anbum arivum and the other one is oorukkellaam orey saami, both sung by K. Jamuna Rani and L.R. Easwari. The other famous female duet, seyyum thozile dheivam was sung by L.R. Easwari and Renuka. This Renuka is a famous Malayalam singer and is identified as L.R. Easwari of Malayalam, because of most of the club dance songs in Malayalam have been sung by Renuka.

This Renuka is none other than the mother of playback singer Anooradha Sreeram.

P Leela is the one singer who has never found it difficult to render any song at any pitch and any variety. She would be very easy with all the nuances of the singing. This is an example.
