Right. There are many great composers during 60s/70s who have very less recognition! MSV himself has got very less reward and recognition compared to his contribution, then think of the other composers during that era? So I feel it is our part to remember those composers as well admidst the big ocean MSV and I think "Paattukku Paattu" can be a good forum for doing that!
MSV has supported S.M.Subbiah Naidu during SMS's last days. This gesture always tells me to dedicate a page for great composers like K.V.Mahadevan, S.M.Subbiah Naidu, T.R.Pappa, G.Ramanathan, V.Kumar. It need NOT have "in-depth analysis" or "bigger writings" on their music, but it will be as a small tribute that we can do from our end. This will also make our MSV, extremely happy!!! That will be done soon...!!!
Ok ... now my next song..
(I can go for "Iravum Nilavum", but I choose...)

Note: The songs I quote from other "Vintage" composers here in "Vintage Paattukku Paattu" need NOT be my favourites AT ALL. By all ways, MSV Rules!!!!!

Dear Ram,
I was under the impression that only MSV numbers (MSV-TKR too) are allowed. Sorry.
Regarding "Recognition", when the Master himself couldn't get it, how can we expect it for others??? MSV is an "Everest" and in front of him, the others are just "Parangimalai". By this comparison, I am not degrading others, but you will agree with me that it is a fact.

Other composers (vintage only) can also come in, just as a token of rememberance. (Only in this section) Hence the name "Vintage Paattukku Paattu"
I definitely agree MSV is the Everest. Absolutely no doubt! Others are great in their own way, though!
