Thaal Thiravaai child prodigy T.L. Magarajan came to limelight as a playback singer withthe song "Rathidevi sannidhiyil Ragasiya Poojai" from the film "Oru Veedu Oru Ulagam". This is one of the rarest at the same time, I feel, a tough song with start at the base tone. I think music experts will be able to explain.

This film had suerb compositions by MSV but could not reach the people because of the problems in timely release of the film. MGC Sukumar was the hero and the song famous is "Oru Pudhiya Paadagan Udhayamaagiran" (I think it's MC Balu, Sukumar's brother). Beautiful rhythm, tone, tune, mark this one of the rarest compositions.

This film is a remake of Mother India with Vanishree in dual roles played in original by Nargis. Unfortunately this film failed miserably and due to lapsided approach by the distributor and producer, there was no promotional activities. A class in its own by MSV's composition - this song - Ninaivu Pogum - sung by S. Janaki is a purely exemplary composition and only the master can do that.

Another classical hit by the master. From the film Taxi Driver, Jai Shankar's 150th film, this is one of the outstanding compositions of the master. Based on a raga, the voice of the duo S P B and Vani Jayram will definitely mesmerise you. There are also other hits that include "Shanthi, My Holy Angel", which is even more classic in its own style.

This is from the film "Aasaikku Vayasillai". Typical class of the master. Perfect rendering by P. Jayachandran and Vani Jayaram, this is an example for how to compose a song for a given situation.
MSV is great.

If any body doesn't know about the genius of Vani Jayaram brought out by MSV, let him or her listen this song. Vani Jayaram will simply take a firm seat in your heart with this song. What a tune what a raga what a composition - you can go on wondering every aspect of this song. From the film Kizhakkum Maerkkum Sandhikkindrana.

Va re va - what a catchy and romantic tune - This was what the reaction of MSV fans when this film was released and this song was broadcast daily by the Sri Lankan Broadcast Corporation. Another feather in the cap for MSV and Jolly Abraham's enchanting voice with P Suseela's superb expressions, make this a memorable song.

This is another classic composition from MSV in P Jayachandran's voice from the film Deiveega Raagangal.
This song can be judged only after listening = we find no words to express the merit of this song.

By now you'd have been stunned by the master's compositions lining up. This is another masterpiece from MSV and a feather in the cap for MSV. Samudra rajakumari, sugapushpa sugumari, navanaagareega naari, namo namo namaha. You hear these lines in the voice of SPB, followed by Vani Jayaram's melodic rendition. You will forget the outside world.

Typical TMS duet from the master but a class of its own due to the presence of Vani Jayaram. The charanams will have a different beat - Marangotthi paravaigal polae en manankotthi ponaval neeyae - the lyrics will go some what like this. But the tune will be very catchy and touching your heart. And Sivaji Sujatha will bring the feeling to life on screen. At the Ooty/ Kodaikanal locations picturised by ACT.
Listen the song and decide yourself.

"Idaitthaan romba rasichaen" - you will tell on hearing this song. That's what is MSV. Fantastic, Marvellous, Excellent, Beautiful, ............... you can fill it up with whatever words you like. One of the best songs in MSV's film career, I feel personally. I will hear this song repeatedly for not less than 1000 times - you can practically count - and the 1001st listening will feel as the first one. The voice of SPB P Suseela will take you somewhere.

And you want to know the film - The evergreen KB MSV combo have given this hit from the film Enga Oor Kannagi. The other classic song in this film is the female duo Pachamalai pakkatthilae very touching, and police karan duet.
